For over 60 years, L'Ardennaise has been improving the process of produced traditional and organic jams and marmalades in the respect of old home made recipes.
Since more than 60 years Confiture L’Ardennaise has been improving the process in making of traditional and organic jams and marmalades.
A new production equipment has been installed which is unique in Europe.
The process consists of cooking under vacuum and at low temperature, and condense the aromas who are reinjected in the finished product. The result is a product very rich in flavour and with no additives at all.
On june 30 2015 a patent has been succesfully introduced for this proces.
The best quality of our product and our packaging has given us a global reputation, thanks to that the Confiture L’Ardennaise jams are sold in more then 20 countries in Europe and overseas to countries like the United States, Japan , Australia, China etc...
Our products are certified according sanitary regulation, and the factory has IFS certification, Halal certification and Kosher certification. Products can be supplied with big flexibility : From 1 pallet to full container loads, and this as well for our own branded products as for private label products.
